All websites include site design, layout, graphics (up to three per page), advertising banner creation, search engine submission & optimization, keyword management, domain name registration and one year web hosting & site maintenance. Normal routine maintenance (after first year), unscheduled site updates, and add-on items are extra and charged according to the site type and updates performed. Add-ons include anything beyond the boundries of the original agreement, such as extra pages, graphics, flash, special effects, etc., and other items not included in the initial site project proposal.

We'll Keep Your Site Fresh With Scheduled Monthly Updates
After a while, your visitors will become used to your site and it's contents. When this occurs, it is easy for some of your important content to be overlooked. As part of your routine maintenance, we'll keep your site fresh with the information you furnish on a monthly basis. For an additional fee, sites can even be updated on a weekly, or even a daily basis. All WebChisler Sites are also eligible for a complete re-design & makeover once per year for 50% of the original price of the site. A site makeover keeps your image fresh in the eyes of your regular visitors.

Web Site Hosting & Routine Maintenance Services
Our web server employs high speed Red Hat/Linux technology for strong and secure connections with 99.9% uptimes, so your visitors will enjoy fast connect times and reliable service. Dedicated IP addresses and unlimited bandwidth features are also available for an additional fee for all sites, and are included as a standard item in our E-Commerce sites.

Our monthly routine site maintenance gives you the opportunity to keep the information on your site current. Once per month, you may submit updated information for your site at no charge. Routine maintenance includes trading content for content only, fixing broken links and making any necessary changes and adjustments to keep the site attractive and working properly.

Note: Extra features, add-ons, and services are available at any time for additional fees that will be billed in your following month's hosting statement.

At the end of the first year, you may choose to continue with our services or select another web hosting service. If you decide to move your site, be certain that your new host will assist you with your move, as it can be a challenge and will be your responsibility. We will work with you as best we can from our end, but again, depending upon your choice of servers, the move could be difficult.

Product updates done during the regular routine maintenance schedule are free. Product updates for sale items can be made at any time and as often as you wish for $5.00 per item, per change, billed monthly. Adding a new product or replacement of a product can be done at any time and will be charged as a new product addition and billed monthly, according to the price schedule of the site.

Graphic Design Services
Your company logo, photographs, artwork or other graphic content can be included in your WebChisler site. If you need any of these items created for your site, we provide professional imaging services for a competitive fee. Graphic content of each site is generous, but limited, according to the type of site selected. Extra graphics may be added for an additional fee.

Pricing for graphics and other artwork vary according to the size and type of project being considered. We are always happy to provide you with a free quote for any graphics production work you might need done. We do not publish any images or other content that reflect anything offensive, hateful, vulgar, illegal or otherwise inappropriate. If you wish to have those types of items published, you'll have to find another company to serve you. We respect your right to enjoy, share, publish and sell such material, but we also respect and appreciate our staff members and do not expect them to work with materials they may find rightfully objectionable.

We will also not publish or reproduce any images or other copyrighted materials that are not the property of the client unless written authorization to use the materials is provided by the copyright owner.
